She's Likes to Wear Hats!

Unlike her brother Cole, who can't get a hat OFF his head quick enough, Avery is all about "rockin" this fashion accessory!

This hat will make her Grandpas' proud!

GO-PACK-GO!

For those that do not know - Dave is a HUGE NFL fan. He lives, eats and breathes the game during the season. Being from Wisconsin, it should be no big surprise that his favorite team is the Green Bay Packers. With the constant question of "Will this be Brett Favre's last year?" being talked about the last few years, Dave and I decided we needed to go to Lambeau Field to see The Pack and Brett Favre live in action. We bid on ebay and won a great set of tickets for the December 9th game against the Oakland Raiders. Section 121, row 35, seats 19 & 20 is where we sat and cheered on the Packers in the 12 degree weather. Brrr!
Here are some highlights...

2007 Sportsman of the Year... #4 Brett Favre

I didn't know Santa and Mrs. Claus also cheered for the Green Bay Packers? Ho-Ho-Ho!
Where else would you hear the dilema from the people sitting directly behind you of "I don't know if I want to get beer and cheese curds or ..... ?" Yes, you guessed it....Wisconsin!

Grrrr! A Raider fan...

People trying to get on T.V!

Already a U2 Fan?

9 Months Old

On November 15th, Cole and Avery were 9 months old.

It is truly hard to believe how far we've come and how quickly the time has passed. With Cole being born at 4lbs.3oz and Avery at 3lbs. 9oz., it's amazing to think that they are pushing 20lbs each now. (Cole is 20lbs. and Avery is 17 1/2lbs.)

To give a little perspective on the changes in these few short months here are a few before and after pics to document the changes.

(Notice the size of the Pacifier next to Avery)

Jordan's first chance to hold her new brother and sister.

Jordan has her hands full these days!!

Is It Already Time to Rake Leaves???

Not that I have to tell you... but summer went by WAY TOO FAST!!

So as tradition goes, we spent a morning raking leaves and cleaning up outside. Jordan always works exceptionally hard knowing her reward is getting to dive into a huge pile of leaves.

Now for Cole and Avery, it was their first experience with leaves and they weren't too sure what to make of these THINGS!!!

Cole's feeling is that if he can put it in his mouth, it can't be all that bad.

Singing In the Rain!!!

ONE of the things I love about Sherry is that she is always willing to go out of her way to find ways to make Jordan smile and have fun. It doesn't matter if she looks silly doing it, if it makes Jordan laugh then it's all good.

During our last big rain storm, Sherry looked at Jordan and said "Let's go sing and dance in the rain!!" It was POURING outside and Jordan didn't think she was serious. She was!!

A HUGE "Thank You" to Sher for everyththing she does for our family!!

The Last Warm Days of the Year

In honor of the last few warm days of the year, we wanted to post some pics of the during their last taste of Summer 2007.

We Can't Forget Marley

Marley is our 3 year old Lab who couldn't have been a better boy since the twins were born. He doesn't get the all the attention he used to get and has been just fine with it.

We thought he deserved a "shout out".

It's Halloween

Since we understand from going through it ourselves, we know that Halloween is ALL ABOUT THE CANDY!!!!!

That being said, Jordan aka Spider Princess, who at a ripe old age of 7 has grasped the finer points of candy collection. She has taken to pointing out those people with "Big Hands" commenting that "they can give bigger handfuls of candy than the little ladies with small hands". As we said before, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE CANDY... right?

As for Cole and Avery - their Halloween consisted of sitting in the front yard in their costumes at about about 3pm while Mom snapped pictures.-

I'd like to introduce the Bee and the Bear...

Cole was not happy to be in his costume, but who could blame him? Not only was he dressed like a teddy bear - he had been sick for several days.

Happy 4th Anniversary

On October 22nd, we celebrated our 4th Anniversary.

After the kids were in bed, we enjoyed take-out with a bottle of wine in our kitchen. As we always say, "it's what you make it".

Oh how our life has changed(for the better) in 4 short years!!

We're Blogging Now!!!

In an effort to keep everybody up to date on the happenings of our little clan here, we thought we would jump into the blogging fray.

We'll do our best to keep the pics and stories current.

We're looking forward to sharing a bit of our lives with you.

Thanks,
